COMPOSITION :
- Each 2 ML ampoule Contains:
- Thiocolchiocoside………………….. 4.00 mg
Each 3 mL Vial Contains:
- Pyridoxine Hydrocloride.........250 mg.
- Dexamethasone…………………….4.00 mg
- Hydroxocobalamin.........10 mg.

INDICATIONS:
- Acute inflammatory processes with intense somatic pain and neuritic componet.
- Lumbalgias and lumbociatlagias. Cervicalbrachialgias.
- Dorsalgia muscle contractions periarthritis of the shoulder.
- Fibrositis and tenosynovitis. Osteoarthritis of the spine, hip and knee.
- Bruises Dislocations.
- Sprains Distension and muscular tear.
- Myalgia Post-exercise.
- Arthritis, Spondyloarthropathies, Fractures.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Break Part 1/2 (Ampoule of Thiocolchicoside) And take out contents in sterile syringe, now transfer it into the part 2/2 (Vial of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Dexamethasone, Hydroxocobalamin).
Now mix it well by shaking the vial.
This mixture in vial must be used immediately by deep intramuscular route of injection.
DOSAGE:
Injectable:1-2 mixture of ampoule+Vial per day, according to the intensity of the pain, according to medical criteria, via deep IM.
